Preparation:
Ensure you have your Wellution ACV Red & Green product ready. Set aside a journal or use an app to track your progress daily.
Week 1: Establishing the Habit
- Days 1-7: Morning Kickstart
- Each morning, take a serving of ACV Red or Green with a glass of water.
- Note down how you feel each day in terms of energy levels and digestion.
Week 2: Nutrition and Hydration
- Days 8-14: Balanced Eating and Hydration
- Continue your morning ACV Red or Green routine.
- Incorporate at least three servings of fruits and vegetables into your meals each day.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
Week 3: Physical Activity
- Days 15-21: Movement Integration
- Maintain your ACV Red or Green and nutrition routine.
- Introduce a 30-minute daily activity: this could be a walk, yoga, or any exercise you enjoy.
- Take note of your energy levels and how your body feels after being active.
Week 4: Mindfulness and Reflection
- Days 22-30: Mindful Practices
- Continue with the ACV, nutrition, and activity routines.
- Add a 10-minute daily mindfulness practice, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises, ideally in the evening to unwind.
- Reflect on the changes you've noticed over the month. Are there improvements in your well-being, mood, or energy?
Completion:
- Day 30: Reflect and Celebrate
- Review your journal and note the progress you've made.
- Celebrate your commitment to your health.
